Garden Maintenance - Lawn Care Operative

Do you enjoy working out of doors? Great opportunity to join our friendly team providing lawn care to customers' lawns in the areas around Guildford.

The role: We are currently looking for a Lawn Care Operative to join our team based in Woking covering the areas around Guildford. The role involves applying seasonal treatments to lawns as well as assisting with scarification and aeration. You will provide advice to customers who wish to improve the quality of their lawn highlighting the benefits of any relevant specialised treatments.

The person: We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, well organised and with a desire to work out of doors. You will have good customer skills and take pride in working to high standards, any previous lawn care, sports turf management, PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificate or horticultural experience would be an advantage although we will provide full training. This role would suit someone who is based within easy commuting distance of Woking and Guildford, a full driving licence is necessary.

The basic salary is £17,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience,overtime and commission.
