My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at on of their amazing restaurants in the complex in Cornwall.
A wide open yet cosy restaurant that overlooks the beach. The restaurant draws on the time of year, combining flavours that are Cornish, traditional
British and European. The bar serves coffees, cocktails and cream teas.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be managing a restaurant with an excellent annual turnover.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be a key player in a large and ever evolving food and beverage operation of £4.6 million per year.
