My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at on of their amazing restaurants in the complex in Cornwall.
A wide open yet cosy restaurant that overlooks the beach. The restaurant draws on the time of year, combining flavours that are Cornish, traditional
British and European. The bar serves coffees, cocktails and cream teas.
Reporting to the general manager, the Restaurant Manager will be managing a restaurant with an excellent annual turnover.
The Restaurant Manager will be a key player in a large and ever evolving food and beverage operation of £4.6 million per year.
