TPA Claims Manager
London
£60000 per annum
Client is a leading London market insurer that is looking to hire a TPA Manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing claims performance of TPA's and vendors across the claims function. This includes leading strategy for service delivery, cost control and claims service standards, whilst ensuring all regulatory standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with all key TPA's and vendors across claims
* Provide feedback on all TPA performance issues
* Work closely with Technical Claims Managers to ensure the highest level of claims excellence
* Provide expert advice to both Claims and Business Managers, assisting in the selection and implementation of any new TPAs
* Support the Claims Vendor Manager, Senior Claims TPA Manager and Contract Manager in developing best practices and controls
* Implement robust performance management framework to Benchmark Claims TPA performance
* Influence and introduce new initiatives and projects to TPA's and Claims Service Providers
Skills / Experience Required:
* 3-5 year's experience in TPA claims management, Lloyd's background highly preferred
* Strong understanding of full claims life-cycle, technical background preferred
* Experience of managing loss funds and loss fund reconciliation
* Experience delivering benefit savings
* Ability to manage a panel of suppliers, particularly Lawyers
* ACII highly preferred
