We are looking for an HR Assistant with relevant experience to join us on a job share basis. We are a very busy HR team so you will need to be proactive and organised with a keen eye for detail. You will provide administrative support to the Human Resources function with responsibility for diarising and administering HR processes. You will also be required to provide basic guidance to staff on HR related matters within a specified remit so being approachable is also key.
You will be expected to work with sensitive and personal information so we will be looking for you to demonstrate that you have some experience of dealing with confidential information and of being professional and discreet. Excellent communication skills are of paramount importance and to be successful you must be able to respond to quickly changing priorities.
Knowledge of MS Office is essential and some database experience would be useful as we are in the process of implementing a new HR system.
