Assistant Commercial Manager
Reading
£250 - £350 per day
Client is one of the largest Life Insurance companies in the UK. My client is looking to source an Assistant Commercial Manager for a 6 month contract. Ideally someone from a Life and Pensions background, with details knowledge of pension products.
Role requirements;
* Review pension product features in order to assess the risk of poor customer outcomes
* Explore options for improvements going forward and make the appropriate recommendations to the relevant governance forums.
* Each assessment will consider all aspects of each product throughout its life cycle
* Help deliver improvements to long-standing customers, making systems, processes and / or communications fitter for purpose.
Profile requirements;
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CII, Actuarial Profession or G60) would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Strong customer focus
* Previous experience of working in a Life and Pensions environment (essential)
* Overall life or pension product understanding
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Some experience of project management or product
