Studio Administrator - Birmingham

A fantastic opportunity to join them on-site with one of their leading clients in central Birmingham. They are looking for a Studio Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, you will be key in providing admin support to our fantastic studio team. This role offers a lot of variety and a fantastic opportunity for you to gain a full understanding of marketing agency life.

For the Studio Administrator role you will be expected to:

- Create project invoices on the agency system ready period end billing - Ensure all time has been logged correctly - Ensure all third-party purchases are logged correctly
- Open monthly Meetings, Reports and Admin jobs for the digital brands
- Assist the Digital Lead to ensure all meeting time is logged on the agency system
- Track all media and travel purchases on agency systems
- Provide support to the Studio Coordinator to allow correct scheduling of work into the studio team

The ideal Studio Administrator will have:

- Come from an agency background (Ideal)
- Office administration experience
- Understanding of digital asset formats for web, email and social
- A basic knowledge of print marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Posses an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisational, planning and execution skills
