Hours are mainly Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm however this could vary slightly due to catering for private events. Need to be flexible with hours.

As a chef you're as close to a superhero as it gets in the kitchen. You have an unstoppable desire to research and create new dishes, and to ensure the kitchen delivers consistent quality, taking your part in ownership of the business success and keeping the magic flowing from the kitchen like a river to the sea.

You are expected to ensure the kitchen meets and surpasses all standards and regulations, including sanitary & safety guidelines. You will take part in the research, creation and implementation of recipes and the preparation of advanced items. A primary duty is the continued efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food. Duties also extend to office and operational issues. You may need to work longer hours to ensure that the kitchen is functioning properly at all times, whilst keeping exceptional levels of cleanliness.

Food Hygiene minimum Level 2

Experience with ordering stock, stock and wastage control
