The Hotel is currently recruiting for an awesome Sous Chef to work in our award winning kitchen team.
You'll get to work with the very best fresh produce to create fantastic food. You'll know and understand the levels of care and attention that are required to deliver an exceptional plate of food to our guests every time. You'll know what flavours work together and how to make every plate of food beautiful. Whether that's a sandwich, fish and chips or loin of lamb, everything must be right.
We are looking for hard working, creative team players to join our dynamic team supporting our fantastic Head Chef. You'll really want to work in this industry and have a passion for food.
This is a very busy gastropub. There's no hiding from the fact that it is hard work, but exceptionally rewarding! You'll need to be good under pressure, an exceptional chef and above all, have exceptionally high standards.
In return we'll offer
£21 - £24k,
