Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate the technical administration for our brand new service, On Track. You will need experience of data entry on spreadsheets or databases and use of the full Microsoft Office package. You will manage the monthly targets and outcomes using a Client Relationship Management System, coordinate participant allocation, create monthly reports and quarterly reports required by the funder. You will directly report to the Partnership and Project manager. Other elements of the role include; general administrative tasks, promoting sustainability and diversity within the project and raising the profile of the On Track service across the county. The office base for this post is Norwich.

On Track is a partnership between The Matthew Project (Lead agency), YMCA Norfolk, ACE (Action Community Enterprise), Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind, GYROS, The Prince’s Trust and NANSA.

On Track will support young people with multiple and complex needs into education, training and employment. On Track has been funded as part of the Building Better Opportunities programme and is a project jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social fund. This project is for three years until December 2019.

The project has received up to £1,660,900 of funding from the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme. Established by the European Union, the European Social Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations.
