Our client is the UKs largest provider of high quality refurbished fitness equipment.

Due to expansion they are currently seeking a trainee paint sprayer to work in their busy paint shop. You will need to be physically fit as some lifting will be required, with a good eye for detail.

Trainee Paint Sprayer - Role and Responsibilities:

• Set-up spray-booth and spray guns for use
• Preparing by masking up and sanding down equipment for re-spray
• Spot priming and fading in on small repairs and re-work
• Mix paints to the correct colours and have a good eye for colours
• Carry out daily and weekly maintenance tasks as required
• Work effectively with suppliers, internal customers and sub-contractors
• To keep all equipment, working areas and surfaces clean and dust free at all times
• To adhere to Health & Safety policies and to wear PPE as directed by the Production Manager
• Have the ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Flexibility, reliability and commitment
• Assist with other workshop duties as and when required
• Computer literate
• Ability to communicate at all levels

This is a full time position with working hours normally 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work extra hours weekdays and Saturday mornings as required.
