Site Cleaning Manager- Instore/Retail Division

Servest are recruiting for an experienced In-Store Site Cleaning Manager to be based on-site within a well-known High Street retail brand. You will be managing a team of cleaning operatives, overseeing completion of timesheets, payroll, shift rotas and holidays. As the on site manager you will be responsible for maximising the cleaning standards within the store. Location: BATH (BA1)
Working hours: 33 hours per week, working 6 out of 7 days (including weekends) - 5.30am start until around 12pm, although flexibility is required as you will need to cover some afternoon shifts.

Hourly Rate: £10.50 per hour (33 hrs per week) (approx £18k)

We are looking for candidates who.

Have at least one year experience as a Cleaning Manager/ Supervisor within the retail cleaning environment

Ideally you will also have a background in High Street retail cleaning

Are used to managing a team of Cleaning Operatives

You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written

Flexibility is required to work some afternoons and over the weekend
