Customer Services Team Leader

The purpose of the role is to support the Sales and Customer Services team with administration and communication to UK and Export, both retail and hospitality customers and to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the customer services team.
  • Develop and implement systems to measure KPI's.
  • Ability to liaise with other functions to ensure smooth running of the department.

Key competencies

  • A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Export documentation and requirements desirable although not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A strong commercial understanding.

Education and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in similar role is essential.
  • A good standard of English and Maths (5 GCSE's A-C).
  • Familiar with order processing systems.
