Our Client now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to join our Outlet, soon to open in Princes Quay, Hull.
As Manager of this small and dedicated team, you will maximise sales and profitability of the Outlet by offering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that the Outlet is well stocked and presented at all times. You will be self-motivated and passionate about the product with the desire to deliver exceptional results. This is a hands-on role that requires a great deal of customer interaction on a daily basis. You will play an integral part in developing your new team and in marketing your Outlet.
In addition to the above, you will demonstrate a keen commercial awareness with experience of budgeting and will have previous proven Retail Management experience.

They will hold interviews on Thursday 20th July, with the successful candidate to start as soon as possible after this date. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who would be available to join us in mid-August. The successful candidate will attend a full induction programme, fully expensed at Head Office in Blackburn prior to the Outlet opening and will then lead the team in preparing the Outlet for the opening.
