Business Support & Optimisation Analyst required by Experian for a permanent role based in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will provide 2nd line business related product support to clients using the Experian Decision Analytics (DA) product set. You will deal with live product configuration incidents (investigate & fix), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation) and solution optimisations.

Ensure USD and SWR's are kept up to date with any progressActively post relevant Knowledge base articlesAlways keep the client up to date with progressIncident / Problem / Change / Optimisation Management
Peer level client managementProduce small change specificationsInput into estimates for Change requestsSLA awareness for BSO incidents and change requestsEnsure an exceptional level of customer service is delivered at all timesProvide solutions advice on EDA productsCoding and testing of change requestsFinance / Commercial
Ensure that KPI data capture is accurate and timely - ChangepointAwareness of key business KPI's and targets (RFT, EBIT, Estimate accuracy etc.)
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Degree or relevant experience and proven track recordExperience of working in a customer focused support function is requiredExperience of programming beneficialExcellent oral and written communication skills, including MI, presentation and facilitation skills.Highly motivated; consistently takes initiative; demonstrated ability to work independently but under supervision.Results driven and goal oriented.Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a logical mindAbility to multi-task, organise and prioritiseAbility to work effectively with remote virtual teamsFlexibility to travel in line with business needsNeed to be able to look at issues from a business perspective and then translate this into the technical applicationPossess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suite including latest versions of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
