<p>United Response is a national charity providing support to young adults. We manage over 30 services throughout the region and provide support to people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We are looking for passionate committed people who will value the individual needs of the people we support.</p><p>We are looking for a Male Support Worker to fill a full time (37.5 hours) post at one of our services in Westerhope.</p><p>You will be supporting 1 very active gentleman, with 2:1 support during the day and 1:1 support when on night duty. He can be challenging with his behaviour and requires personal care. Activities include swimming and trampolining so you must be willing to participate with this.</p><p>Shift patterns are 8am-8pm, 8am to 10pm and Night duty 8pm–8am. Both day and night shifts and weekends included, and you must be able to work Bank holidays.</p><p><strong>To apply for this post you must have a manual driving license as the gentlemen likes going out in his car.</strong></p><p>With a training program designed to fully equip everyone regardless of experience we’ll make sure you have the tools and knowledge to perform this role to the best of your ability.
