The Bookkeeper is a key role within a highly motivated team. They are seeking a candidate who has excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensure the company has up to date, complete and accurate accounting records.
The key responsibilities include:
- Day to Day Bookkeeping, maintaining purchase & sales ledgers
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
- Preparing and administering Payroll
- Invoice generation and Credit control
- General admin/paperwork and filing,
- Possibly preparing Management Accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
You will be expected to have:
- Experience of delivering Bookkeeping & Payroll services
- Experience with QuickBooks Software
- IT Literate including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with a 'can do' attitude
