Internal Sales Executive
This is an office-based role, reporting to the regional Head of Sales and involves selling solutions to existing and new customers, covering UK, Ireland and Nordic countries. Working in close conjunction with Head of Sales, External Sales and Field Application Engineers to increase business and awareness of FRAMOS. On occasion this may require you to secure appointments, on-site and off-site, for the External Sales team to follow up. You will deal with customers, primarily by telephone and e-mail but may involve on-site customer meetings. You will also be responsible for responding to and qualifying sales leads, preparing and following up quotations, producing sales information, and recording sales processes. You will work on accounts to build and enhance customer relationships, maximise revenue opportunities and prospect for new customers within target growth areas maintaining the information on the SAP CRM system at all times.
You will ideally have previous Internal Sales experience in Business to Business or Business to Consumer role. An understanding or interest of industrial imaging and machine vision is advantageous but not essential. The primary requirement is that you have a passion for sales and that you can organise and plan sales activities and provide high-quality customer service. You must be able to maintain sound relationships with customers, sales partners and colleagues and be able to learn about and understand the company's products.
You will have a professional demeanour and attitude with and outgoing and friendly personality. Good organisation skills with self-motivation as is an excellent telephone manner with good written and oral communication. Qualifications to at least A-Level / HNC level or recently Degree, in science or business.
