Our client is a leading UK health care provider, delivering person-centred support which helps adults lead full and independent lives in their own homes. They currently require a Recruitment Assistant (6 month contract) to assist the HR Officers in recruiting staff and assisting in some HR functions.
The role will involve screening and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks and ensuring all recruitment procedures are followed. The role will also involve assisting with various administration duties assigned by the HR Officers and Managing Director.
• Conduct initial telephone interviews and invite suitable applicants for a face to face interview.
• Screen and interview applicants, ensure application forms are completed, DBS check and other vetting requirements are completed, manage staff records on Carefree and other databases.
Location: London W10
Salary: £9.15 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 Months contract
