Junior Building Service Project Engineer (M&E) – Permanent – Based in Cambridge

One of the regions leading independent complete solution Building Services companies, with a portfolio of blue-chip projects for clients across the East of England are currently recruiting for a Junior Building Services Project Engineer (Student Apprentice) to be based from their office in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

They offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical installation service across many sectors including Healthcare premises and hospitals including PFIs, University and College projects and selected commercial projects. Their projects range from 500k to £6M.

With a busy order book and a number of strong projects in the pipeline the company is proactively looking to develop a Junior Project Engineer to HNC level. Training and development will be provided in all aspects of project management to help you progress through the company. Ideally you will carry some experience in the Building Services industry and anything up to 12 months experience or maybe more would be of interest.

The individual must be keen to learn, have a good understanding of engineering principals (electrical and/or mechanical building services engineering preferred but not definitive) and have at least some practical experience of working with tools. The position will require an individual with a strong analytical mind, who enjoys solving problems.
