Job Title: Payroll Manager – Professional Services
Salary c. £45,000 per annum + benefits

We are currently representing a rapidly growing professional services business which harbours an excellent reputation for employee engagement an innovative approach to the market. Due to growth of the business they now have a requirement to hire a Payroll Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really have an impact within the business and work on array of projects. You will have prior experience of leading/working in a Payroll function, it would be hugely desirable if you held qualifications from either the CIPP or IAB. The business will be looking to you to impart your knowledge across upcoming legislative changes and software systems and uses.
You will manage a small team and it will be encouraged that you work with them to help develop their knowledge of day-to-day practices and wider payroll related matters. You will be responsible for creating payroll policies and procedures, calculating necessary amendments and advising on tax and pay laws amongst other general responsibilities.
Payroll Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the company lead on all matters related to payroll
- Manage related software and play a defining role in upcoming software related projects
- Manage and develop team
