Compliance Manager
Tower Hill (with travel across services as required)
£35,075 - £38,918 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Our client is seeking an excellent Compliance Manager to join our Property Services and Asset Management team, to enhance the delivery of Compliance inspection to our property portfolio throughout London and the south of England. This is a key position that feeds into vital areas of the organisation's Compliance and Governance objectives.
Reporting to the Asset Manager your role will be key to ensuring that essential statutory compliance contracts, such as Gas Safety Certification, Fire Alarm Maintenance, Electrical Safety and Water Risk Assessments & Monitoring, are managed and monitored diligently throughout our property portfolio. Your knowledge and experience in this discipline will be invaluable in improving awareness of Compliance Monitoring throughout the entire organisation and encouraging greater co-operation with, internal staff and managers, external suppliers, and Landlords in the overall efforts to achieve positive improvement in the departments Service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
You will need to be flexible, and be able to work on your own initiative, and have great communication skills to succeed in this exciting new role.
