Our client is a total facilities management company that has a 35 year history, they require an area manager to oversee retail cleaning contracts in Leeds and the surrounding areas.
Area Manager – The Role:
The successful applicant will be required to:
• Visit stores and liaise with store management.
• Employ and train cleaning staff.
• Complete quality standard audits.
• Complete wage sheets.
Area Manager – The Candidate:
The ideal applicant will also be organised, have decent time management skills, good people skills and above all be the sort of person that gives the final 10% extra to keep their impressive list of blue chip retail companies happy.
Driving license and a good grasp of English are basic requirements, but as long as you have decent organisation skills they can train and teach you the rest of your role.
