We are seeking a friendly and open person to join our team on a part time basis- 4 days a week. The Community Advice and Support Worker will be funded for 3 years through the Lloyds Bank Foundation Invest Fund. The post holder will join our growing ‘Your Support' project team providing direct support to clients and support the Project Manager to help ensure the smooth internal running of the ‘your support' service, including lead and coordination of a small team of volunteers.
Kingsmeadow vision is that “Everyone has potential given the right support and opportunities”. Kingsmeadow Community Flat is the 'hub' of the community. Its aim is to enhance the quality of life for residents and children, enabling all to access local services, support, information, activities and learning opportunities in an informal non-threatening environment.
We are a registered charity with small team based in small building in the heart of a residential area.
We are looking for someone who shares our vision and combines great skills with a personable, open and enthusiastic approach to their work.
