Conveyancing Assistant
Chester
Negotiable D.O.E
9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Our client is currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to work in their bustling Conveyancing Department in Chester.
Position Summary
As Conveyancing Assistant, your daily remit will be a varied and will involve working as part of a team dealing with sales and purchase transactions. You will undertake various administrative tasks such as responding to new conveyancing queries in a timely manner, provision of new files for distribution to the fee earners and providing estimates to potential clients.
About you
Experience/knowledge required:
• Experience of sales and purchase transactions is essential
• Conveyancing Case Management
Skills/competences:
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Excellent keyboard and IT skills
• Organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be undertaken by the firm for the successful applicant.
Suitable skills/experience: Conveyancing Administration Assistant, Paralegal, Conveyancing Paralegal, Assistant Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Legal Assistant
