Lead Support Engineer
Advantage Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and leading organisation for a Lead Software Support Engineer with C#.Net skills and test automation experience.

The client uses agile to deliver, running multiple collaborative teams to create customer focussed digital services, data solutions and software. They emphasise quality and have high standards for design, test automation and continuous delivery.

This role leads an Agile team, supporting .NET software for desktop, web and mobile. They are both a hands-on developer and a task manager, ensuring break/fix support is effectively carried out, together with a continuous stream of software changes. They also manage the organisation's automated build and deployment infrastructure and processes.
Candidate requirements

As well as having strong core .NET skills the ideal candidate would have experience of some of the following: Automated unit and system testing, ASP .NET MVC, WPF, Team Foundation Server, Cloud platforms, eg Azure, VSTS.

Tasks, expectations/deliverables
*Manage an agile support team, effectively prioritising work and managing tasks;
*Craft software solutions in C# .Net;
*Use automated testing and deployment to build and support a continuous delivery environment;
*Continually develop your own skills as part of a programme of continuous professional development.

Essential skills and experience
*Commercial experience of crafting good quality code with C# .Net
*Commercial experience working with relation databases
*Commercial experience using build and release tools, preferably Team Foundation Server
