Care Support Workers (including one-to-one) – full time and part time roles available

Would you like to work as part of a team providing care and support to young people with physical and learning difficulties?

We are looking for care support workers to help our clients to develop skills to enable them to move on to a lifestyle of their choice.

Person Specification:  

Willing to work shifts.
Able to provide written and verbal reports on clients and contribute to the recording of Care Plans as appropriate.
Work within a team and maintain good communication between staff and clients.
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or desire to work towards qualifying.
A full Driving Licence would be advantageous.

Are you able to work weekends or bank holidays? If so we also require bank workers to cover staff holidays and absence or work with clients who require one to one support.

In addition to the salary there are bonuses paid on completion of training goals and after completing one and two years of service.
