As a Reactive Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive service and maintenance activities on safety and security systems throughout Bristol and surrounding areas.
Specifically, you will be involved in:
- Working on all systems in-line with British Standards, industry accreditations and SLAs
- Completing remedial work as well as reactive maintenance
- Processing jobs via a tablet or PDA
- Keeping accurate records of completed work
To be considered for the role of Reactive Service Engineer, you will need:
- Experience of providing a reactive call-out relating to fire, CCTV, intruder and access control
- Working in-line with British Standards and industry accreditations and Service Level Agreements
- A full driving licence
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities
- An analytical mindset
You may have previously held the position of Reactive Service Engineer, Reactive Maintenance Engineer, Fire & Security Engineer, Repair & Maintenance Engineer, or Senior Repair & Maintenance Technician.
Equally, our client would be keen to hear from candidates who have held the title of Fire Alarm Engineer, Fire Systems Engineer, Security System Engineer, Access Control Engineer, Intruder Alarm Engineer, or CCTV Technician.
