  • Update and deploy content on the websites using Adobe AEM content management system
  • Manage business-as-usual updates to sites, with timely responses to any live issues that arise
  • Manage repository of digital assets such as images and videos and integrate these into websites
  • Be proactive in understanding the individual brand's personalities, visions and tone of voice
  • Organise digital assets and web pages using tagging and manage multi variant testing
  • Generate new content on existing pages, edit content and create new pages using templates
  • Proactively work with the Brand Teams to ensure effective placement of content across each site
  • Respond to briefs to deliver web content that meets the business objectives
  • Work with Digital and Design colleagues to ensure consistency of the customer experience
  • Create effective website copy, adhering to editorial, accessibility, mobile and SEO guidelines
  • Work with Brand teams to recommend and agree KPI's, collate reports and provide insights
  • Proactively identify and escalate CMS issues working with development to fix and (or) contribute to road map for future developments or improvements
  • Understand the functionality and integrations within the CMS to enable you to make recommendations on execution of briefs
  • Drive web analytics, using your skills from your Google Analytics Advanced Accreditation

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have industry experience and is likely to be taking the next step in their career from a junior / exec role in which they have worked "hands-on" in a web content role. Experience of online table bookings and ratings and reviews would be an advantage. They will be used to managing and creating quality and target audience specific content which is highly accessible and delivers a great experience for both users and search engines.

Skills required include:

  • Copy writing skills and a good technical understanding of Content Management Systems
  • CMS Experience required (Adobe Experience Management preferred but not essential)
  • Google Analytics Advanced Accreditation required. Multi variant testing experience required
  • Proof reading, accuracy and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines to manage priorities and plan ahead
