Staffordshire & West Midlands (SWM) CRC provides services to transform lives and reduce crime. We work with people aged 18 and over who have been either sentenced by the courts to a Community Order or Suspended Sentence Order, or released on licence from prison to serve the rest of their sentence in the community.
Our Customer Services Centre currently has an exciting opportunity for two Business Administrators.
Your role will be to support site and central operations by loading schedules of interventions (into Interventions Manager and/or relevant spreadsheets) as well as a range of ad-hoc tasks including ensuring the availability of resources (Community Payback Fleet, drug test kits) to support the smooth running of operational sites.
Your role will also work in support of the Specialist roles within the Business Administration Team, which includes receiving and processing CP project and placement referrals.
You will be enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and adaptable to ensure that the needs of the team, and of the organisation as a whole, are met. You will be expected to work as part of a team, but be comfortable working under your own initiative and prioritise tasks and requests as they come in.
