An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Health & Safety Manager, to be based at our Head Office in Boston. 

Reporting to the Property Director, the main responsibilities will include monitoring and ensuring our Health & Safety policies are up to date and implemented across all seven of our Lincolnshire stores, as well as continually assessing the status of the above functions within the Company, identifying areas for improvement and developing new policies and systems of work to address these.

To be considered for this important role you must be self-motivated and possess a NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, TechIOSH AIIRSM or equivalent qualification. You will also need a full driving licence and be willing to travel regularly between our stores.
The salary for this role will be £35,000 gross per annum plus Company Car.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience both in a similar role and of the retail sector.  In addition, you should have strong IT and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels.

Hours are 41.25 per week normally worked Monday to Friday. You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working times and days.
