Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience

Benefits: Uncapped Commissionwith a realistic OTE of £60,000 to £80,000 pa

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take both our company and our product's user experience to the next level of excellence.

The day-to-day duties

As a Business Development Manager you will be required to produce productivity towards your daily sales target, this will be monitored daily via set KPI's. Within this role you will be required to make cold calls and update the CRM daily whilst building your sales pipeline to help you progress through the different sales stages. Once you have completed the product and sales training you will then be required to conduct workshops and Demonstrations to customers to allow you to assess whether they meet the Vacancy Filler Profile.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Proven examples of success
  • Experience with New Business Development
  • Articulate written and verbal communication
  • Highly conversant with Microsoft office
  • Being IT Literate
  • Highly Ambitious
  • Extremely hard working
