Our Client, a Used Car Dealership in the Bristol area is looking for a Business Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Manager to join a Large Group or if you are a Sales Controller looking to take the next step in your career this could be to job for you.
Previous Motor Trade experience is essential for this role.
As a Business Manager you are expected to be highly organised and a good time keeper. You must aim to demonstrate high levels of customer service in an effort to encourage repeat customers and make their buying experience as pleasant as possible. You must aim to lead by example, assisting your sales team in making the department as successful as possible.
Experience with the following will aid your application.
- Cash sale conversions
- Customer retention i.e (new sales to existing customers)
- Good customer satisfaction
- Working well as part of a team
In exchange for your commitment to the company you can expect a generous salary as well as the opportunity to earn bonuses. A company car is also included in the package.
