Salary: £150 - £210 per day

You've developed great technical skills over the years, but are you also a good communicator and problem solver? Do you enjoy working with other people? And are you keen to deliver results that make a real difference to customers and colleagues alike?

As a JTL associate, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for undertaking workplace NVQ assessments or technical reviews. It’s a varied and challenging role that calls for verifiable and relevant industry experience and current knowledge of industry working practices and techniques.

If you have already worked with apprentices in a previous role, perfect. You will already know how to support and guide them through an apprenticeship. But as long as you have the necessary skills and qualities, we’ll give you all the support you need. 

Our Associates will have:

• Good IT skills.
• Driving licence and use of a car.
• Flexibility to travel around your local area.
• And – since our work involves dealing with young people – you will need an Enhanced DBS check, which we will pay for.

In return, we typically pay between £150 - £210 per day depending on experience. You can also claim mileage at 45p per mile.

We expect our Associates to come from all sections of the community and JTL is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
