Contracts / Projects Manager
This high-spec developer seeks the appointment of a suitably experienced Projects/ Contracts Manager.
The post will see you work across a number of the companies key developments providing leadership to the on-site construction teams.
Ideally you will be based in the Bristol. Cheltenham and Swindon triangle and be able to use your skills and expertise to work across departments ensuring a high quality finish and safe working environment for site operations.
Role will include (but not be limited to)
plan and ensure resources are available for site management team
recruit and develop site teams
project are technically build-able and all stake-holders are aligned to ensure a successful outcome
deal with an escalations from subcontractors or customers
manage site managers and develop their career in line with company structure
work closely with land managers to ensure team are in place for future developments
report to regional construction manager across a a range of quality, safety and commercial matters
