Group Financial Controller job in Bristol paying ??70k

Your new company
You will be working for a large legal firm, based in Central Bristol.

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the statutory accounts preparation , the Corporation Tax Computation preparation, and the end to end ownership of the Budgets and Forecasts. You will ensure the timely production of various management information, including management accounts with commentary and variance analysis, for the Group, individual companies and stakeholders. You will manage six direct reports, ensure compliance with FRS102, and any other adhoc management information tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be either ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post qualification experience. Experienced in preparing statutory accounts, strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, and practical experience of consolidating and group accounts preparation. You will require advanced level Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing a team.
