We are a growing independent brand American Diner and milkshake bars in the UK. Being passionate about the food we produce and the service we give, we research, develop and produce our own recipes of high quality New York style food using the freshest ingredients possible.

Role:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who has a desire to be part of something new, innovative and exciting.

This job is a balance of commercial and people aspects; including, sales, targets, audits and training, as well as motivating the team to achieve great standards.

This position requires passion and desire to succeed. We are seeking someone who is prepared to be accountable for developing their people, will help drive the business and ultimately be a guardian of our brand standards. You will be responsible for making sure you and your team and working as efficiently as possible, whilst providing support where needed.
