Maintenance/Cleaner

Maintenance/Cleaner, Gloucestershire based, required to assist with the upkeep and general care of a large studio.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, daily duties will involve ensuring the studio is cleaned daily, maintenance and security checks carried out whilst ensuring all work is carried out in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will possess strong practical skills and knowledge of building maintenance. Painting and decorating skills along with experience of using a variety of maintenance tools with light/heavy machinery. Gardening knowledge and skills also required.

Basic knowledge of Health and Safety procedures is desirable. Full clean driving license is a must. May occasionally be required to travel within Gloucestershire to other sites
