NVQ/QCF2 qualified £8.22 plus unsocial enhancements

Minimum 15 hours per week up to full time. Various hours/work patterns

We are happy to consider evening and/or weekend only working

Areas of work – Cheltenham & Tewkesbury, Gloucester & Stroud,     Cirencester & North Cotswolds

Crossroads Care Central and East Gloucestershire is a busy Charity that delivers care to people in their own homes and also takes people out into the community. We often visit clients for longer periods of time to assist  them and provide companionship or allow a family carer to take a break.  We also undertake personal care as required.  Staff and clients enjoy longer visits providing opportunities to build professional relationships. No rushing off to the next client.

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and hardworking Care Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will be involved in supporting our clients at home and to access activities outside of their home and meeting their personal care, nutritional and social needs. You will also be required to communicate with other professionals and organisations whilst always respecting the client's privacy, dignity and individual choice.

Staff are expected to work a variety of hours, which may include daytime, evenings, some weekends and some bank holidays

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

A full driving licence and vehicle is essential.
