Waiter / Waitress responsibilities:

As our Waiter / Waitress, you will be proficient in delivering excellent customer service at all times whilst waiting on customer tables. You will also be responsible for:

• Dealing with any special customer requests.
• Being fully knowledgeable on the menu and able to make recommendations.
• Adhering to food safety regulations.
• Ensuring tables are cleared away and redressed appropriately.
• Maintaining the environment and ensuring it remains presentable.
• Following the correct process with customer complaints.
• Any other adhoc duties as required.

The ideal Waiter / Waitress:

The ideal candidate will have been previously employed at a hotel or high-end restaurant with waitress/waitressing experience. You will be comfortable working as part of a team and providing exceptional customer service. Experience with silver service would be beneficial, although not essential.

Additional language skills are also highly desirable for this role. Whether it’s Arabic, Mandarin, or Italian, we are always keen to cater to our international clientele.

Please note: you will need to be able to work 35 hours per week with a fully flexible rota over the 7-day period to be successful.
