Our company client is a fast growing brand who are actively looking to appoint a dynamic Principal Business analyst to join their highly skilled team based in Brighton. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking organization who truly invests in their people and future.
Major responsibilities for this role will cover:
* Lead a team of Business Analysts in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.
* Ensure that the Business Analyst discipline capacity is at the required levels needed to deliver the business Portfolio.
* Monitor performance of Projects in the portfolio to ensure business analysis compliance with agreed methodology. Ensure that key business analysis deliverables are produced to the required quality standards and approved by business stakeholders - Vision & Scope Report, Requirements Work Plan, Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Catalogue, Feasibility Reports etc.
* Deliver effective advice and communication to all interested parties, including stakeholders and Directors, to support effective decision-making and manage the smooth and integral delivery of programmes.
* Support the delivery of change across the business, role-modelling new ways of working and owning delivery of key outcomes to drive the improvement of long- term business capability.
* Promote a customer centric culture through managing partners, processes and empowering team to do what is best for the internal and external customer.
* Ensure all applicable legal and regulatory compliance, adhere to corporate and UK policies, and to internal operating procedures, ensuring that commercial and operational risk is managed. This includes considering the needs of internal and external customers and making adjustments to meet their needs.
* Take the Senior analysis lead on a highly complex programme or project within the business Portfolio.
Knowledge, abilities and experience required:
* Extensive Business Analysis experience
* Significant experience of leading a Busines Analysis discipline or leading a large number of Business Analysts.
* Proficient in Business Analysis principles, methods, techniques and tools.
* Preferred: Degree (level of learning), BCS Buisness Analysis Diploma, ISEB.
