House Parents Required

We require for an immediate start, live-in House Parents.  Cover is required full time but a job share will be considered.

The House Parent(s) will be living with and looking after students aged 14-19. The students are all international students, following a regular 5 day school programme.  

House Parents are employed principally to foster a safe, caring and happy environment for students accommodated in the boarding house.
The position requires working during unsociable hours and is ideally suited to a mature individual, age 25 and over, with a background in boarding and/or youth care who can provide care as well as maintain discipline. The position is term-time only.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Relevant Local Authority and enhanced DBS checks will be undertaken prior to appointment.

We are an international 14-19 school providing an 'outstanding quality of pastoral care' (Ofsted 2012).
