About the department
The Commercial Services team is one of four business areas in the Corporate and External Relations department. We are responsible for supporting colleagues from across the University and external clients in managing their events and providing accommodation. We also provide accommodation to visitors to the city of Bath, and the University.
About the role and you
You will be responsible for the effective administration of reservations and enquiries for accommodation bookings for both Conferencing and Events, and Bath Spa Venues Ltd (the commercial trading subsidiary of Bath Spa University). This role has a strong emphasis on the delivery of customer service which exceeds expectations. The role requires you to have an attentive and courteous manner at all times and to respond to all enquiries in a professional manner.
Through effective team work, you will ensure all bedrooms are up to our high standards, and ensure guests enjoy their stay with us
