Recovery Worker (DRR/ATR Programme Lead)

Salary: £21,356 to £25,065 per annum Plus £1,854 OLW

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

CGL Surrey is an exciting service offering end to end support for individuals in the Criminal Justice System. This will include prevention and proactive engagement, early Intervention, case management, arrest referral, DRR/ATR based group work, assertive outreach, health & wellbeing, aftercare and building Sustainable recovery in the community.

CGL are currently recruiting for a programme facilitator who will support the implementation, delivery and development of direct interventions to service users, participating in the DRR/ATR community based Foundations of Recovery programme consisting of three main stages. You will promote within Surrey effective engagement into treatment services, encouraging self-esteem, well- being, self-responsibility and enhanced motivation to create opportunities for the future.  

The successful candidate will be committed to taking a positive, holistic and empowering approach to service delivery, supporting service users to move forward into long term sustained recovery and social (re)integration. You will need to demonstrate a strong recovery focus and have knowledge of a range of psychosocial interventions.  

You will join a well-established team. It is essential that the post holders have experience of delivering group work. The candidates must possess the ability to work confidently with other agencies and professionals, as well as demonstrating commitment to achieving targets.
