Office Administrator/Secretary to work in personnel management and recruitment
Hargreaves Jones, are a well-established Commercial and Project Services Consultancy and are looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Secretary to work alongside a small team within their Manchester Office to start in January 2017.
Consideration with be given to the ideal candidate for full time or part-time hours.
You will have previous experience of working as an Administrator/Secretary and will report to the PA/Office Manager and liaise with the Managing Director.
Provide Secretarial support to the Office Manager and Directors with particular regard to staff recruitment, coordination and internal and external communications, using in-house publications and the company website.
An ability to communicate both directly and through the written medium with existing staff and potential recruits.
