As an Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact between the College and our delivery partners and will be responsible for ensuring that they deliver their contracts to the highest quality in a manner that is fully compliant with funding regulations. You will also work closely with existing partners and seek out new partners to develop new opportunities.

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in establishing, developing and maintaining effective and mutually beneficial relationships with partner organisations. An Account Manager must have the capacity to effectively manage their own workload and the confidence to act on their own initiative. Account Managers must have a strong commercial focus and must be able to understand, interpret and effectively communicate complex strategies, plans and regulations in order to offer effective guidance and support to their partners.

Your portfolio will include partners delivering a range of programmes including 16-18 Programmes of Study, Apprenticeships, Traineeships and learning supported by the Adult Education Budget in addition to the West of England Works project.

In support of the West of England Works project (see below), and in order to complement the existing knowledge, skills and experience within the team, we are particularly seeking Account Managers who have experience of working in partnership with or within voluntary and community sector organisations.

As an Account Manager, the majority of your time will be spent working remotely, attending meetings and conducting reviews with our delivery partners. When you are not working remotely, you will be based either in Weston-super-Mare or Bristol (subject to confirmation).

We plan to conduct interviews the week commencing of Monday 12th December.

Salary: ??26,561.00 - ??29,588.00 per annum plus up to 10% PRP.
