We are currently seeking complex care support workers with experience in challenging behaviour to work within our complex care team in Bristol. Salary: ??23,500 - ??30, hour Guaranteed contract As well as excellent pay we also provide our staff with the following: Free Enhanced DBS POVA/POCA Checks Free Training Free Uniform Requirements Desirable - NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care with the desire to work towards NVQ level 3 in health & social care. Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a relevant setting. Commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care, enabling service users to reach their full potential. Punctual & Reliable Whilst previous community experience is desirable it is not essential. Be competent & comfortable working in an autonomous working environment An understanding of complex care provision and the clinical & social challenges that delivering care in this environment can present. Full UK driving License. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service
