Job Summary
This world renowned organisation is currently recruiting for a number of Helpdesk advisor around the Bristol area. This position is will be offered on a 4 month contract basis with possible extensions for the right candidate.

The Company
This international conglomerate currently provides over 500 services around the world and is currently the UK's leading engineering service provider. Due to the size and nature of the business they are recruiting for multiple helpdesk advisors to promote their solutions to companies across the UK.

The job role
As help desk advisor you will be expected to deliver with impeccable customer service to customers and clients alike. You will be expected to relay the information given to you to the relevant departments but our client would like you to think on your feet and not just be a robot but think of any constructive ideas to how to help the business run more efficiently.

The skills
The successful candidate will be proficient in IT with strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook), deliver outstanding customer service and would have had contract/call centre backgrounds ideally.
Although not essential but preferable would be previous history in MOD contracts, fleet or facilities management and an understanding of how continuous improvement can help the work place.

If you could speak either German or Spanish this would be a big bonus to your application if you fill all the previous criteria too.

Contract position, starting ASAP
Limited or Umbrella
Salary: ??18-??19k basic + holiday

Shifts: Days (Monday - Friday) 9-5pm
Unsociable hours will be expected: Weekends or late evenings. Not every week but anticipate this to be the norm rather than unusual.

Location: Commutable from Bristol, but if you live in the following locations and would be happy to move for the role; please also apply Bath, Weston Super Mare, Clevedon, Trowbridge or Swindon.
