Customer Service/Order Processing - Maldon - Temporary (long term/poss perm) GBP8+ per hour - free parking

This is a perfect opportunity to join a very busy, established team of Customer Service staff where you will be answering high volumes of phone calls from customers and processing their orders in a speedy and accurate manner. We seek fast and accurate data entry skills and a clear speaking communication skills so if you have previously worked in a similar environment such as Customer Service Centre, Call Centre, Order Processing team, this could be the perfect role for you, please read on.......

Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones to customers and processing their orders in a speedy and accurate manner
Processing up to 100 customer orders per day on the internal system
Liaising with customers to establish order details and queries
General administration

Essential experience:
Previous exp working in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment
Excellent Data Entry skills - accurate and speedy
Excellent communication skills
Must show excellent attention to detail

Additional information:
GBP8.76 per hour worked
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Free parking/accessible by public transport
