One of our most forward thinking, innovative Education Contract Caterers is looking for a STRONG operator to join their growing team.
The Role:
Although this contract is based around approx 15 education sites, the concept of this contractor means they are run more like a B&I contract. The catering set up is extremely high street focused with a high street eatery feel and large counter concepts they are more focused around staff dining and modern concepts. Their clients are demanding and my client wants to see multisite experience but more importantly someone who is savvy and experienced with demanding clients. This contractor has a very modern foodie approach to student feeding the patch will be a mix of secondary schools. Looking for passionate, foodie and commercial minded operators who can lead and manage teams in to success. This role has become available due to growth, they are an independent caterer and welcome ideas, with strong staff & client retention, roles with this company are few and far between. The Successful Candidate:
Multisite experience is essential
Education experience is not essential they will consider strong B&I and Retail Catering
Excellent communication skills
Excellent client relationships
A 'can do' attitude and a genuine love for catering
Your passion will be service and standards
Financially astute
You will strive to drive the business forward and be able to demonstrate this in an interview
You will be an outstanding leader, motivator and have a degree of gravitas
Forward thinking and modern in your approach, the offer is turning very high street so current trends must be at the forefront of your mind
